Dr.-Ing Ilia Petrov I was a member of the research staff at the chair of database systems since November 2001. I hold a Master's Degree in Computational Engineering.

Research interests

I was a member of the InTech (Integration Technologies) group at the chair of database systems, where I have done my Ph.D thesis. My primary research interests are in the fields of:

• Repository Systems.
• Meta-data and meta-modelling.
• Query languages and Query processing in metadata repositories.

Additionally I deal with SemanticWeb and Web-Services.
